Did you know...

...that clean glass actually repels dirt and unwanted debris from sticking to it's surface? Glass has millions of microscopic pours all throughout it's surface that get filled in over time and cause the glass to become rough and actually prohibit it's ability to repel dirt and debris. Many people believe rain water is the cause for dirty windows. This is not the case at all. Most rain water is more pure than the bottled water we buy at the store.

The real threats to your windows are insects/insect fecal matter and other flying debris blown around on a windy day when the windows are still wet from rain water and or your sprinklers. Sprinkler systems can be a nightmare to your windows! Sprinklers spray tap water or well water all over your glass, either by not being adjusted properly or by gusts of wind.

The water used in your sprinkler system carries many impurities and will leave water spots and over time leave calcium deposits on your glass that is virtually impossible to remove if left untreated.

We recommend a complete exterior cleaning at least twice per year. Depending on your individual needs you may only want the interior cleaned once per year. If you have small children, or pets in the house or you smoke, it may be necessary to have the interior cleaned more often. We offer monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and semi-annual schedules for all our customers.

Keep in mind that discounts are available for customers who sign up on monthly, quarterly or semi-annual schedules. By staying on a schedule you will save money and also avoid some future price increases.
